You won't be asked to do anything against your will, with appointments taking a client led approach

For sessional appointments (pay as you go), there will be be an initial appointment - a discussion based meeting where we can get to know each other which will form the basis of your script

Many clients have seen this to be somewhat of a breakthrough session that serves as an epiphany

Bootcamps are straight in - one discussion based appointment followed by two hypnosis sessions (separate appointments)

Hypnotherapy meetings are face to face

Hypnosis is NOT suitable for epileptics or people exhibiting fits (unless your Dr has consented or you sign a waver - you must advise of this at the beginning to ensure your safety)

All appointments are booked by payment & is expected to land one week before - until the appointment is paid for, it is not booked & another client may book that appointment so please be sure you are committed 

You will be messaged 1-2 days prior to your appointment & you'll need to confirm that message by reply ASAP

Please, if you cannot make your appointment, let me know at the first opportunity, no shows are likely to be struck off - I completely understand life gets in the way sometimes
