My name is Jan & I am a fully qualified coach & hypnotherapist to a master practitioner level.
Being a life long empowerer of others, I decided to put my natural skills to a more official use, training in hypnotherapy where I was fortunate enough to be mentored personally by the largest hypnotherapy board in the world - The American Board of Hypnotherapy
I have gone on to acquire many more certificates & diplomas in coaching & mindset.
My services are completely insured too.

I focus on females & female issues & am confident that I can bring empathy to our sessions. There will be no judgement or telling you what to do, I am the vehicle in which to bring about positive change & support in reaching your goals - whatever they may be. The greatest changes will be found in your very own head, I'll do my best to facilitate them.
I will listen with sympathy & create a plan for your success & to help you to achieve your mission.

I am also a fully qualified master practitioner in coaching & NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming to bring about a whole, new mindset & fresh perspective. I'll be scrutinising your language, verbal & body - this gives me the best chance of success to help you reach your goals by working from the inside out. Language is extremely important in our every day life including hitting targets & you'll be amazed at how your life can change once this is adjusted & what it gives away.

I tend to combine coaching skills with my personalised hypnotherapy to give a unique edge to my business - I work on a holistic principle & believe we need to look at the complete person for a balanced approach to wellness. You'll find that there is plenty of time for you at Lucid, & that it is a safe, comfortable environment in which to be open without judgement. Initial consultations for me are key & I continue to be humbled at what my lovely clients divulge in this appointment. It's usually carried out over a coffee or tea, & there's always fresh bottled water to hand if you prefer. Tissues & sanitiser are available too...& very necessary, this tends to be a breakthrough session where clients can offload in confidence - this alone I have found to be extremely therapeutic. It's a place to be heard, be listened to & to be believed & it's become rather something of a niche, a USP for Lucid. It's an essential foundation on which to build our relationship of excellent rapport, trust & discretion. Just to be able to get things off your chest is highly beneficial to our mental health.

In particular, I have a strong passion for the special survivors of domestic abuse & coercive control. My aim for these amazing warriors is to support their recovery, bringing about a return of their precious self worth.

Menopause has become a great interest to me too, so much so I have retrained in it & am confident in supporting ladies on their journey both individually & in the workplace​​, including guidance on HRT
