New guidance on menopause in the workplace has now come into force with legal requirements under the Equality Act 2010 suggesting that employers must make reasonable adjustments for their female staff to enjoy safe, healthy & fair roles within the workplace or potentially face lengthy & costly tribunals if not adhered to, and without discrimination, similar to that of disability rights
